Pointe - a - Pitre, Guadalope

Pointe-a-Pitre

Pointe-a-Pitre is the largest city on Guadalope, which is an overseas department of France. French is widely spoken, but with a twist.  The airport is situated just 3km out of town.

If you are flying out to Guadalope please ensure that you give yourselves enough time, as most routes will include at least one stop, and when combined with the time difference may mean taking off from the UK one day and arriving in Guadalope the next. Air France fly via Paris from London, with a stop and terminal change in Paris, and flying times from 13 hours upwards. The airport code is PTP.

On arrival we advise that you take a taxi to the port, but make sure that you agree a price before you set off.
