Getting to and from Hull:
Hull is on the River Humber, approx 25 miles inland from the coast and the North Sea, and is part of the Humber Estuary.
The port of Hull is in a prime location on the north bank of the River Humber, and is one of the UK’s leading foreign-trading ports. Regular short-sea services operate to Europe, Scandinavia and the Baltic states, and the port also benefits from worldwide deep-sea connections.

By rail, Northern Rail has routes North and West of Hull, and First Hull Rail has a route to and from London stopping at various stations along the route.
EYMS runs over 300 buses and coaches throughout Hull, East Yorkshire, the North Yorkshire coast and onto the North Yorkshire Moors, while National Express has a nationwide network of routes and services.
Humberside Airport has routes to Aberdeen and Jersey within the British Isles, and routes to a number of European detsinations.
