Punta Arenas Joining Port for Antarctic Adventures

Punta Arenas is the southernmost city in Chile. Located on the Magellan Strtaights on the main land of South America. Punta Arenas was owned until 1949 by the Bristish as one of its ports guarding impartant naval passages, the Magallan Straighs between the South Atlantic and the South Pacific avoiding Cape Horn.

Getting to and from Port

The normal route from Europe is an international flight to Santiago and a connecting flight to Puntas Arena.
